When we launched virtual classes at Nourish & Flourish Wellness, we wanted to make sure the experience was just as transformative as being in the studio. Whether you're across town or across the state, our live Zoom classes deliver the same instruction, community feel, and personal attention.

Setting Up Your Space

- Clear enough floor space for your mat plus arm extensions in all directions - Position your camera so the instructor can see your full body (helps with form corrections) - Minimize distractions — close doors, silence notifications, let your household know you're in class

Technical Setup

1. Create your account on our booking platform 2. Register for a class and select 'Virtual' attendance 3. 1–5 minutes before class, return to the Classes section 4. Click 'View Broadcast' to connect via Zoom 5. No passcode needed — access is through your registration

Tips for Engagement

- **Keep your camera on** — it helps the instructor guide you and creates accountability - **Arrive a few minutes early** — just like you would at the studio - **Invest in a quality mat** — your home practice surface matters - **Try different class types** — virtual works great for everything from Slow Flow to Kundalini
